Turnaround & shipping
How long until my order ships?
Every Kala Lilies piece is pressed in-house, so most orders ship within 4–5 business days from the time you place the order. Custom-design pieces requiring proof approval typically ship within 5 business days from the day you approve the proof.
How fast is shipping once it goes out?
We ship via USPS and UPS from South Texas. Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after the carrier scan. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your label is created.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — U.S. orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 ship at calculated USPS rates so you only pay actual postage.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet through the website. If you're outside the U.S. and want a Kala Lilies piece, email KalaLilies24@gmail.com and we'll quote a custom shipping rate.
Customization
What can be customized?
Almost everything — coasters, keychains, bottle openers, door signs, ornaments, and jewelry can all be personalized with names, dates, monograms, or your own artwork. The only category we don't customize is T-shirts, which ship as-designed.
Can I upload my own design or photo?
Yes. On any customizable product page, the 4-step configurator includes an image upload field in the final step. We accept JPG, PNG, and PDF up to 10MB. If your file needs cleanup, we'll send a free digital proof before pressing.
How does the design proof work?
For any order with personalization or uploaded artwork, we send a digital mockup within 24 hours by email. Once you reply with approval, we press it and ship within 5 business days.
I need 25+ pieces for an event. Can you handle it?
Absolutely — that's the heart of what we do. Visit our Design Studio page to start a custom inquiry. We've made wedding favors, corporate gifts, baby shower keepsakes, and quinceañera party sets.
Returns & exchanges
What's your return policy on stock items?
Non-personalized stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. They must be unused and in original packaging. Email us first so we can issue a return label.
Can I return a personalized or custom piece?
Personalized and custom-design pieces are final sale — they're made just for you. That said, if something arrives damaged or doesn't match your approved proof, email us within 7 days and we'll remake it at no charge.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Send a photo of the damage and your order number to KalaLilies24@gmail.com within 7 days. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to ship the damaged piece back.
Care & materials
How do I care for car coasters and sandstone coasters?
Wipe with a damp cloth and let air-dry. Avoid soaking — sandstone is porous. They're designed to absorb condensation, so light rings will fade naturally as the coaster dries.
Are T-shirts machine-washable?
Yes — wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang to extend the life of the press. Skip the bleach and the dryer's high-heat cycle to keep colors crisp.
What materials do you use?
We use natural sandstone for coasters, solid steel for bottle openers, premium cotton blends for tees, and FDA-safe sublimation inks pressed at 400°F. Everything is designed to last for years.
