Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

We cannot refund shipping charges for shipments arriving past the estimate delivery date.

Detailed shipment dates and tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at time of order.

We will do do our best to  insure you receive your product as quickly and cost efficiently as possible.

Some items will show in stock but will need a few extra days to process. This is normally due to a product that needs to be custom designed, personalized, or customer is not available for further information. Please note: if you choose an expedited shipping method this will not speed up the processing time, once the product is processed than the product will be shipped as requested.

Once we ship an item we lose control over the time it takes from the shipping provider to deliver. If for some reason the order is taking extremely long we can work with shipping company to get refund or solution on the shipping.

To change your shipping address please contact immediately at KalaLilies24@gmail.com. If the order has not been shipped we often make the changes. If it has been shipped to the wrong address we cannot replace lost or missing items. If the order is returned to us we can reship it to you at your own expense.

Processing Time:

KalaLilies knows that when you place your order you want your product promptly and efficiently as possible. Please allow 2-3 days to process your order. We print orders as they are purchased.

The majority of the products will be shipped within 5-7 business days, since we are a home based small business, during the holidays and peak seasons it may take us longer to complete your order.

All products will display the availability upon choosing size, style, color, etc on the product page.
